I started Real Estate in 2009 after wanting to be a realtor for many years. In my first year I received the Rookie of the Year Award from the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board , along with the President's Award, the Top Producer's Award and Re/max 100% Club Award. Also in the first year of my career, I made the top 10% of all Realtors in the Fraser Valley and received the Medallion Club Award.

I have lived in the Surrey/Delta area for more than 31 years serving the community as a successful entrepreneur, and graduated from North Delta Senior Secondary School. Because of my passion in Real Estate I decided to join a reputable team at RE/MAX. I have a strong foundation in this industry since 1982 when I built my first home in Delta. As my desire grew I continued on jointly with my father to build many homes in Surrey/Delta area. I have gained local knowledge and negotiating skills to deliver excellent service to my clients for purchasing and selling property needs.

Since I have joined the Real Estate industry I have taken it upon myself to develop relationships with developers. My first Condo project I have taken on is at Celeste, which consists of 77 units and they were all sold.
